Complete packing line works well once all infrastructure is in place. Speed and accuracy are as specified and automation level is impressive. Our challenge was that the 9 KW power requirement and 26 cubic meter compressed air requirement needed major infrastructure upgrades costing nearly 25% of the line price before we could even start installation. Additionally the 30 working day delivery became 38 working days. NICPL should provide clearer upfront site requirements and more realistic delivery commitments.
