The CG.4.0's optional UV sorting system was the primary reason we chose this model. Since installation our EU aflatoxin test results have been consistently below 0.5 ppb well within the legal limit. The multi-spectral detection also removes discolored and mouldy peanuts that our previous standard sorter passed. Good machine for our chilli and pepper sorting operations. The multi-spectral detection handles the wide color variation in dried chilli accurately without excessive false rejections. Our export grade chilli now consistently meets EU pesticide and mould standards. Only giving 4 stars because our initial compressed air infrastructure was insufficient for the larger 360CG.A model we installed and we had to invest in a KAESER compressor upgrade. NICPL bundled the compressor recommendation with the sorter which was helpful. Good overall experience.

Good machine for cashew and peanut sorting with reliable multi-spectral detection. The shape classification separates whole, broken, and split cashews accurately. We give 4 stars because when we added the UV sorting option during installation the total machine price was higher than the initial quote and this was not clearly communicated upfront during the sales process. NICPL resolved this professionally. The UV detection for aflatoxin-risk pieces has been very valuable for our export business and we are glad we added it.
