We export peanuts to Germany and the Netherlands where aflatoxin limits are extremely strict — any consignment above 2 ppb is rejected at port. The CG.4.0's optional UV sorting system was the primary reason we chose this model. Since installation our EU aflatoxin test results have been consistently below 0.5 ppb well within the legal limit. The multi-spectral detection also removes discolored and mouldy peanuts that our previous standard sorter passed. Good machine for cashew and peanut sorting with reliable multi-spectral detection. The shape classification separates whole, broken, and split cashews accurately. We give 4 stars because when we added the UV sorting option during installation the total machine price was higher than the initial quote and this was not clearly communicated upfront during the sales process.
