MEYER KS Thinker AI Belt Color Sorter

The KS Thinker is a double-layer multi-usage UHD AI belt color sorter. Its key advantage is the double-layer re-sorting structure material passes through two complete sorting stages within the same machine. The second layer re-inspects the first-layer output, catching any remaining defects and dramatically improving final product purity compared to single-layer sorters without requiring a second separate machine.

The KS Thinker handles a wide range including grains (wheat, rice, mustard, millet), pulses (chana, masoor, toor), nuts, fruits, vegetables, and polymer recycling materials including PET, HDPE, and PVC. Its multi-usage design allows one machine to handle diverse product streams across food, agriculture, and recycling applications.

It removes discolored particles, physically damaged pieces, moldy grains, insect-damaged products, and foreign materials including glass fragments, plastic pieces, and sand. The UHD AI Deep Learning system analyzes color and shape simultaneously to detect even 1–2 pixel-level defects with high accuracy across all product types.

UHD imaging captures surface detail that standard cameras cannot resolve — subtle discoloration, early-stage mold, micro-damage, and foreign material fragments that appear identical to good product under standard cameras. The KS Thinker's UHD system scans at 50,000 frames per second, identifying objects as small as 0.0025 mm² for consistent high-accuracy sorting even at high throughput speeds.
