KF Series (Single-layer, Four-viewing) Multi-usage Color Sorter

The MEYER KF is a new generation AI+ Digital Intelligent Color Sorter that combines UHD Deep Learning, AI large model technology, 360° four-vision detection, and an Industrial IoT platform. Unlike standard color sorters that only detect surface color, the Master 4.0 identifies micro-chromatic aberrations, small lesions, wrinkles, structural defects, and malignant impurities — and supports automatic multi-level grading (super/first/second level) and user-independent AI model training.

The KF is specifically designed for premium nut sorting including pistachios, cashews, and Brazilian pine nuts. For cashews it can separate and grade: accepted kernels, testa (skin), shell fragments, mildew/spotted pieces, scorched kernels, split kernels, and broken cashews (accepted and rejected grades) — all in a single pass.

The KF have four camera systems positioned at ultra-wide angles to capture product images from all directions simultaneously. This 360° coverage eliminates the blind spots of conventional two-sided sorters, ensuring that small disease spots, surface defects, and impurities hidden on any side of the product are accurately detected and rejected — critical for premium nut grading where even a single missed defect can affect export quality.

The KF comes preloaded with the largest AI sorting model library in the industry ready to use from startup. Additionally, it supports user-independent modeling: processors can collect their own product samples, label images, and train exclusive AI sorting and classification models tailored to their specific commodity and quality requirements. New models can be deployed in as little as one day. Meyer AI continuously learns from production data to adapt to new needs over time, creating differentiated competitive advantage for users.

The KF Industrial IoT platform connects all production line equipment through the Meyer IoT Platform, enabling real-time data collection and reverse control of the entire line. Digital twin middleware reproduces the production line 1:1 on a single digital screen — managers can monitor and control production status, product quality, and process parameters from anywhere, without on-site presence. The '1+1' Online Quality Control feature connects to a quality analyzer to automatically adjust sorting accuracy and avoid quality fluctuations.

The KF features an intelligent sensing system that continuously monitors core parameters of critical components including the Maglev Ejector. It issues proactive maintenance alerts when abnormalities are detected — guiding technicians to targeted servicing before failures occur. It also monitors operational load in real time to prevent unnecessary energy consumption and extend the lifespan of key components. When material fluctuations, feed blockages, or dust accumulation affect performance, the system automatically adjusts or issues remote diagnostic alerts.

Two models are available: 120KF4 (code 6SXZ-120KF4, power 2.0 kW, air consumption ≤2.0 m³/min, dimensions 3520×1750×2100 mm, weight 850 kg), 240KF4 (code 6SXZ-240KF4, power 3.2 kW, air consumption ≤3.0 m³/min, dimensions 3520×2350×2100 mm, weight 1,200 kg), and 240KF4-P1 (code 6SXZ-240KF4-P1, power 6.4 kW, air consumption ≤6.0 m³/min, dimensions 8100×3550×3600 mm, weight 2,450 kg). All operate at 180–240V / 50Hz and 0.6–0.8 MPa air pressure.
