We use the 120K5 for wheat and green gram sorting and the UHD2.0 imaging accuracy is genuinely impressive — micro discoloration and insect-damaged pieces that our previous sorter passed as clean are now caught consistently every shift. The shape grading feature for separating broken from whole green gram has also saved us a manual step in our processing line. We give 4 stars because the machine interface took our operators longer than expected to learn fully — about three weeks before they were confident operating independently. NICPL's training was thorough but more on-site training days would have helped. Performance since then has been excellent.
